Woku includes twelve predefined report templates, two for each customer voice data source: wokus, NPS, CSAT, CES, forms, and clients. All of them render as a table and are meant as a starting point: you open them in the builder, save them as your own report, and adjust them however you like.

Loading the templates

When the company does not have any templates yet, the Templates screen shows the button to load the predefined ones. The load is idempotent by name: if a template with the same name already exists, it is not duplicated.

The twelve templates

The templates page includes a search box and chips to filter by data source.

Wokus

  • Average rating per woku: average stars and feedback volume of each woku.
  • Feedback by type and week: number of feedback entries per week and feedback type (recognition or improvement).

NPS

  • Average NPS per week: evolution of the average NPS and the response volume.
  • NPS distribution: number of responses for each NPS score.

CSAT

  • Average CSAT per week: evolution of the average satisfaction and the response volume.
  • CSAT by comment type: average satisfaction depending on whether the client left text, audio, or only the score.

CES

  • Average CES per week: evolution of customer effort and the response volume.
  • CES by comment type: average effort depending on whether the client left text, audio, or only the score.

Forms

  • Form responses per week: volume of responses received in forms per week.
  • Form responses by status: number of responses depending on their status.

Clients

  • New clients per month: number of clients registered each month.
  • Clients by follow-up opt-out: how many clients opted out of follow-up and how many opted in.

Using a template

Clicking a template opens the report builder prefilled with its definition: data source, dimensions, and metrics. From there you save it as your company’s own report and can adjust whatever you need, for example changing the date granularity or adding filters.
Templates use fields present in every deployment (score or rating, createdAt, and the catalog dimensions), so they work from day one without additional configuration.
