Every woku tool follows the same rhythm: create -> share -> respond. You create the measurement from the panel, share it via QR, link or email, and the customer responds in under two minutes without signing in. Below, the first step with each one.

woku

A woku captures a visual opinion about a moment: 1 to 5 stars plus a text or audio review. Create. In the main menu press ”+ Create woku”, choose an image or video that represents what you want to evaluate and give it a clear name. woku creation interface, with an image of a teamwork activity and fields for the name, the folder, and the associated company.

CSAT

A CSAT measures satisfaction on a 1 to 5 scale after a key moment, such as the purchase. Create. Enter the CSAT section and press ”+ Create CSAT”. Define:
  1. Name: identifies the tool. For example, “Post-purchase CSAT”.
  2. Subject to evaluate: complete the fixed question “How satisfied are you with {subject}?”, for example “your purchase”.
  3. Audience: who it is aimed at.
Share. Same options: QR, link or bulk email send. Respond. The customer rates from 1 to 5 (rating required) and can leave an optional comment in text or audio, identified by email or anonymous. Results. The report shows the average, the top-2-box (% of responses with 4 or 5) and the satisfied / neutral / dissatisfied distribution.

CES

A CES measures effort: how easy it was for the customer to achieve something. It is the twin of CSAT, with the same 1 to 5 scale and the same metrics. Ideal for support and after-sales. Create. Enter the CES section and press ”+ Create CES”. Define:
  1. Name: for example, “Support service CES”.
  2. Action to evaluate: complete the fixed question “How easy was it to ?”, for example “resolve your issue”.
  3. Audience.
Share and respond work the same as in CSAT: rating 1 to 5 required, optional comment in text or audio, identified or anonymous. Results. Average, top-2-box and distribution, same as CSAT.

NPS

An NPS measures recommendation on a 0 to 10 scale. Create. Enter the NPS section and press ”+ Create NPS”. Define:
  1. Name: for example, “Q1 post-event NPS”.
  2. Message: the question the customer will see, for example “How likely are you to recommend this event to a colleague?”.
  3. Audience.
Share. QR, link or bulk email send. Respond. The customer rates from 0 to 10, with an optional comment in text or audio, identified or anonymous. Results. The report shows the NPS score in real time and the count of promoters, passives and detractors.

Flow

A Flow chains several wokus in a single session, with an optional NPS at the start. It is built from wokus that already exist: if you do not have them yet, create them first. Create. Enter the Flows section and press ”+ Create Flow”. Define:
  1. Name: for example, “Q1 event journey”.
  2. Optional NPS: choose an NPS tool to start the journey, or leave it without NPS.
  3. Wokus: select one or more in the order in which they will appear.
Share. The customer receives a single link, not one per woku. Respond. They advance with a progress bar (“Step 2 of 4”): they respond to the NPS if it exists and then each woku. The email is requested only once. Results. Each response is saved in its corresponding woku and NPS; in the Flow view you see how many started and finished the journey.

Forms

A Form captures structured data (text, number, date, email, phone, selection) instead of an opinion. Create. Enter the Forms section and press ”+ Create Form”. Define:
  1. Name: for example, “Excel Training Registration”.
  2. Fields: add them with their type, label, required status and options when applicable.
  3. Settings: anonymous responses, identification by email or phone, and whether it is limited to one response per person.
Share. QR, link or bulk email send. Respond. The customer completes the fields; required ones do not allow advancing while empty. If you request email, they verify their address and the response is recorded. Results. You see the number of responses, the detail by field and the export to CSV.
