When you open Action plans you see a summary panel organized by groups, with a search box, tracker filters, and a period bar (Day, Week, Month, Year, or Historical). The summary cards show the group with the most plans sent and the period totals: plans created, to review, approved, and sent.Group detail
When you enter a group you see the table of its plans, filterable by status, source, and priority, with a search box by title or summary. At the top you see the metrics of analyzed comments for the period, split into opportunities and recognitions.Plan detail
A plan’s view has the group chat on the left and two tabs on the right: Current plan and History. The available actions depend on the status:- In draft: Cancel and Approve.
- In approved: Edit and Send (to an external tool or to woku’s internal management).
- In send error: Edit and Resend.
- In progress (internal management): the task board and Close plan.
- Completed: read-only view with Reopen.
- Customer quotes with the View comments button, which opens a panel to browse the real comments in the plan’s evidence, filterable by source and by type.
- Detected patterns, with their number of mentions.
- The group’s conditions with which the evidence was frozen.
- The analyzed sources and the plan’s task list.
Chat with Woku
The chat is a group conversation between the members and the AI agent. Messages are posted instantly and the agent responds asynchronously: its answer arrives in real time to all participants. The agent queries real data from the plan’s frozen scope, by source (Wokus, NPS, CSAT, or CES). When you ask for a change and confirm it, it applies the change directly to the plan: title, summary, goal, impact, priority, or the task list. Every change is recorded in the history. The agent can only modify plans in draft. When the plan is
approved the chat is locked; press Edit to return it to
draft and keep modifying it.
Statuses
A plan goes through these statuses:- To review: draft under group review.
- Approved: ready to be sent.
- Sent: created in the external tool.
- In progress: under internal management inside woku.
- Completed: internal management closed.
- Cancelled: discarded.
- Send error: the send failed and can be retried.
Closing the plan
When approving a plan, an administrator chooses the destination:- External tool: when the company has a work management tool connected, the approved plan is sent to that tool. Sent plans open a read-only view with a button to open it in the destination tool, its metrics, and the tasks sent.
- Management in woku: the plan is worked on inside the platform. It moves to In progress and the group manages its tasks on a board with columns To do, In progress, and Done, with owners per task. When the work is finished, an administrator closes the plan and it becomes Completed; they can resume it if needed.
