What a client stores
- Contact: email, phone, and WhatsApp. Contact data is stored encrypted.
- Custom attributes: the fields you define for your company (for example name, client type, segment). These attributes are configured in the capture form and live in each client.
- Response history: all the feedback and responses associated with that person.
The client’s name and any other additional data are custom attributes that you define. Each company decides which fields it wants to capture.
How clients are created
A client can appear in several ways:- Automatically upon responding: when a person responds to a woku, NPS, CSAT, CES, or form and includes their email, woku checks whether a client with that email already exists in your company. If it does not exist, it creates it; if it exists, it reuses the same profile. This is the mechanism that unifies the responses of a single person.
- Manually from the panel: with the “New client” button in the Clients section.
- By bulk import (CSV): upload a file with your client base; woku deduplicates by email and validates the attributes.
What you can do with them
From the Clients section of the admin panel:- List and search across your entire client base (search includes custom attributes such as the name). The listing updates in real time.
- Configure the capture form: in the Form tab you define which attributes each client will have.
- Create, edit, or delete clients.
- Export to CSV to process in a spreadsheet or load into your system.
Client record
When you open a client you see their full profile:- Identification: email, phone, and custom attributes.
- Statistics: total responses, woku average (out of 5), and NPS average (out of 10), each with its number of responses.
- History by type: tabs with their responses from wokus, NPS, and forms, including comments and voice notes.
