The Sends tab in Company shows what happened to the invitations your company sent by email and WhatsApp, from the admin, the API, the MCP and the integrations (Shopify, Pancake and CRMs).

What it shows

Pick a period (the last 30 days by default; also 7 or 90 days, all time or a custom range) and you will see:
  • Sent: invitations that went out.
  • Delivered: the ones the provider confirmed as delivered.
  • Answered: the ones that got at least one response.
  • Response rate: answered over sent.
  • Not sent: invitations that never went out, with the reason.
  • Sends by tool: one row per tool with its type, the sends by Email and by WhatsApp, the total Sent and the Answered ones.

A tool’s detail

Click a row of Sends by tool to open its sends in the same period. There you will see the invitations table: date, recipient (the client’s name, email or phone), channel and what happened to each one (answered, delivered or sent without an answer, or did not arrive). Filter it by Answered, Not answered and Not sent to know whom to reach again. From the detail you can also:
  • Open in Tools or Open in classic view to open the tool.
  • Download CSV with one row per invitation: date, tool, channel, name, email, phone, status and reason.
The recipient shows the name, email or phone of your company’s client; when it is not a client, it shows the email or phone the invitation went to. Older invitations sent to people who are not clients show as No contact details. Delivered counts the invitations the provider confirmed: Meta for WhatsApp and Amazon SES for email.

Why an invitation was not sent

Invitations that were not sent do not count toward the response rate.
If you send invitations from your own system through the API, you can also read this data with GET /v1/dispatches and its stats. Each invitation that was not sent has status: skipped (or failed if WhatsApp rejected it) and the reason in skipReason. From an agent connected to the MCP, use the Sends tools.
