How woku Transforms the Customer Experience: A Story of Innovation and Growth

Learn how woku revolutionizes the customer experience with Real-time Reviews.
The Birth of an Idea
Between Christmas holidays and New Year, woku was born. But it wasn't an easy birth. It rose from the ashes of a failed startup, a constant reminder that ignoring market feedback is the fastest path to failure.
A New Beginning*
With the lessons of the past burned to the ground, we decided to create something different. We didn't want more boring polls. We wanted something visual, simple and powerful. This is how woku (WORKh HUmAN) was born, a tool designed to capture the pulse of the customer experience in real time.
What is a woku?
Imagine a tool that allows your customers to rate and review your product or service in less than 2 minutes, from any device. No complicated logins, no endless forms. Just an image or video, a name, no questions asked. Share via QR, link, email or in your own app, and let the magic begin. With a touch of AI, we transform that feedback into actionable insights and recognition for your team on social media.

The road wasn't easy†
Our first customer arrived in February 2023. By September, we had... four. Yes, only four. But on September 22nd, everything changed. A local startup saw woku not only as a tool for job recognition, but also as a window into the soul of its customers. It was our “eureka” moment.
The big pivote†
From job recognition to customer experience management. A bold leap that required all our efforts. I immersed myself in a networking marathon, connecting with more than 100 entrepreneurs. Diego, for his part, became a technology wizard, creating automatic reports and features that should dazzle any organizational leader who wanted to manage the reviews and opinions of his customers.
Market validation↑
End of November: more than 20 customers and a lot of hypotheses to test. Every trial, every mistake, brought us closer to the perfect solution. And then, the big leagues started to notice. Cencosud, Inchalam... names that made our knees tremble, but now they sat down to listen to us.
The Revelation
We found out: companies were drowning in data. We contacted companies like Cencosud (Jumbo, Easy, Paris...) and Inchalam and found that it took weeks, months and even a year to process customer feedback. And there was woku, offering instant analysis and concrete actions with a single click. It was like offering water in the desert.↑

Beyond feedback†
But we didn't stop there. We saw that small and medium-sized businesses were struggling to take advantage of customer reviews. In a world where 95% of people seek opinions before buying, woku has become the bridge between past experiences and future customers.

Today and tomorrow†
Today, 40 companies trust woku to manage their customer experience. From universities to software startups, from traditional industries to physical product ventures. But this is just the beginning.↑
Our Mission†
We want your business to be the one that everyone recommends. We want to make understanding your customer as easy as breathing and as economical as a daily cup of coffee. With woku, you're not just listening to your customers; you're building the future of your business.
