# 100% self-service platform (DIY)

> All platform administration is handled by your own team from the interface, with no tickets and no dependency on the provider

Woku is a **100% self-service (DIY)** platform: your team administers
every capability end to end from the interface, with no need for
provider support to run day-to-day operations. There are no hidden
settings that require a ticket: surveys, data ingestion, roles,
reporting, user administration and text analytics are managed directly
from the panel.

  Self-service means that **nothing in the operational cycle depends on
  the provider**. Everything described below is configurable by
  administrators at your company from the interface, at any time.

Below are the six areas your team administers on its own.

## 1. Surveys and forms

Your team creates, edits and publishes complete surveys and forms from
the visual builder, without provider intervention: you define questions,
skip logic, scales (NPS and woku), custom fields and the public
appearance. Changes are published instantly.

## 2. Data ingestion

You load your own data without assistance: the ingestion engine accepts
files and API connections, with column mapping and join strategies
defined by you. You upload a file, map the columns to the target
fields and process, all from the interface.

Beyond study import, you can register
[Data sources](/docs/en/datos/fuentes-de-datos) with a four-step wizard that
accepts files or an API connection and proposes the schema with an AI
agent, and turn them into actions with
[Data flows](/docs/en/datos/flujo-de-datos), which you build by talking with
an agent, test with a simulation and run when you are ready. Both
modules are self-service end to end.

## 3. Roles and permissions

Role and permission assignment is controlled by your own team.
Administrators define who is `owner`, `admin` or `member` and what each
one can do, without escalating to the provider. The authentication model
and the role details are documented so you can manage it on your own.

## 4. Reporting

You build your own reports with the report builder: you select sources,
metrics and filters with a live preview that reflects every change, you
start from scratch or from a predefined template and you schedule
automatic delivery by email or SFTP. You do not need to request custom
reports: design, editing and delivery are self-service.

## 5. User administration

User creation, removal, reactivation and deactivation are managed by
your team. Access governance parameters, such as automatic deactivation
for inactivity, are configurable by you, without provider intervention.

## 6. Text analytics

AI text analytics is automatic: it classifies every comment, detects
sentiment and discovers patterns with no prior setup, and your team
consumes and explores the results in self-service, without external
support. You can also analyze on your own with
[Data Studio](/docs/en/reportes/data-studio), where an AI agent generates
dashboards from what you describe, and with the
[Reviews space](/docs/en/reportes/espacio-de-resenas), which groups similar
comments into a navigable 3D universe.
